Who We Are.
David, Geoff and Sarah Lawson are career and educational planning specialists based out of Burlington, Ontario. Much of our work involves helping young people sort out confident career and academic goals that will be meaningful and value their interests and strengths. We include parents in this vital process. We also work with people at various stages of their work lives to help support success within the workplace and in transitions to new work environments.
What We Do.
We assist our clients in a collaborative and interactive manner to achieve successful outcomes in the following areas:
Choosing career goals that value and respect their interests and strengths
Planning post-secondary education that will provide the right learning experiences in the right environments
Supporting students to make successful applications for admission to the most competitive programs, and to prepare supplementary applications and interview presentations
Supporting students and others in applying for graduate and professional programs in fields like medicine, law, business, rehabilitation science, engineering and other doctoral health disciplines
Assisting people to prepare effective résumés and to prepare for success in interviews for employment and program admission
Helping students and families plan how to manage learning challenges and disabilities as they approach post-secondary education
